Are you good sleep. It is the duty of active symptoms on rising. If you do not sleep, not enough would be the contraction of the eye, it's nothing to fear, but as you have cramps in the upper extremities to my next question: "Do you have pain in the neck"? When is the case, consult a neurosurgeon or enter your GP and the disclosure of symptoms and whether you have pain in the neck. You can have compression of nerves in the cervical spine. It also causes symptoms like them. As it seems less important, then you probably have a driving machine for the neck, if the problem is. If you have neck pain or not, please go see a neurosurgeon. You can exclude Parkinson's or other neurological problems.
God Bless!
learn to communicate with a nervous person. Some cultures say that their labor, when it rains Eye
It is probably only a matter of simple potassium, honey. May are exacerbated by dehydration. Eating a banana a day or two a day, if possible. Other potassium-rich foods are tomatoes, raisins, figs, bananas, pasta, dried apricots, potatoes in the oven (eat the skin) and orange juice enriched with potassium.
You need to take a daily multivitamin with plenty of water. Within hours, with a banana and a glass of water into the eyes, fingers and hand must be better. Within 72 hours after consumption of foods rich in potassium and blowing large amounts of water need to be 100% reliable. If you eat a multivitamin, drink, potassium-rich foods, lots of water, but the shock persists, contact your doctor.
Most of the time people think the benefits of vitamin A and potassium-rich foods more so in mind. I have never come to the conclusion that there is a kind of neurological disorder, where a slight dehydration can be enhanced by a potassium deficiency.
Skip the market and given food rich in potassium, Multivita with potassium, and some water. We wish you a speedy recovery. Take care.
I think my eyelid moving when I'm just very tired and I have not slept enough. I am not sure if you can with your finger or arm, but because of lack of sleep.
It could be Parkinson's or Tourette's syndrome. Talk to a doctor to verify this. I hope that nothing serious. Good luck to you!
